Your Profile page is the home for your personal account settings in ClashWise — your name, time zone, display units, email preferences, usage meters, subscription details, and API keys, all on one scrolling page.
Where to find it
- Sign in at https://clashwise.ai.
- Open the navigation drawer on the left.
- Select Profile.
The top of the page shows your avatar, name, and email address. A Save changes button appears whenever you edit something; select it to apply your changes, and you'll see a confirmation once the update is saved.
Personal information
The PERSONAL INFORMATION card holds your basic account details:
- First name and Last name — shown wherever you appear in the product, such as organization member lists and coordination session attendee lists.
- Time zone — set when you register, and editable here at any time.
- Display units — how measurements are shown across the app. Choose from:
- Auto — match source: follows each clash set's original source units.
- Metric (mm / m)
- Imperial (ft / in)
Unit changes apply immediately, including to any clash grids you already have open.
Other cards on the Profile page
The rest of the page is a stack of cards. Each is covered in detail in its own help article:
- EMAIL PREFERENCES — control which categories of email you receive. See the Email Preferences and Notifications article.
- USAGE QUOTAS and AI USAGE — your daily AI analysis quota and monthly Wise actions meter. See the Usage and AI Quotas article.
- FEATURE SUBSCRIPTIONS — a table of your personal subscriptions (feature, status, and end date). This card only appears if you hold a subscription in your own name, such as a standalone Starter plan. Most team members won't see it — access through your organization's plan appears under ORGANIZATION SUBSCRIPTION instead.
- ORGANIZATION SUBSCRIPTION — your organization's name, plan status, and either the days remaining on the trial or the plan tier and seat usage.
- API ACCESS — generate and revoke API keys for external integrations such as PowerBI. See the Developer API Access section.
Tips
- Keep your time zone up to date if you travel or relocate — it's the time zone ClashWise associates with your account.
- If you mostly work with models from one region, setting Display units explicitly to Metric or Imperial gives you consistent numbers across every clash set. Leave it on Auto — match source if you prefer each set to display in the units it was published with.
Limitations
- You can only view and edit your own profile.
- Your sign-in email address can't be changed from the Profile page. If you need it changed, contact support@clashwise.ai.
- There is no delete-account option on the Profile page. Account deletion is handled by support — see the Account FAQ article.
