Most coordination work happens inside a single clash set, but two things live outside it: the sessions hub, which shows every session across all the clash sets you can access, and the organization-wide session defaults that admins can set for the whole team.
The sessions hub
The sessions hub is a one-page overview of every scheduled, live, and past coordination session across your clash sets — useful for checking what's coming up this week or finding an old session's minutes without remembering which set it belonged to.
Where to find it
The hub lives at:
https://clashwise.ai/my/coordination-sessions
It is currently reached by typing that address directly into your browser — it does not appear in the app's menus yet. Bookmark it if you use sessions regularly. (Sessions for an individual clash set are always available from that set's Coordination button, whether or not you use the hub.)
What's on the page
- Header — "Coordination sessions": "Every scheduled, live and past coordination session across the clash sets you can access — open one to review its minutes or jump back into the model."
- Stat tiles — counts for Live now, Scheduled, and Completed sessions.
- Calendar — your sessions plotted on a Month, Week, or Agenda view, handy for spotting upcoming coordination meetings at a glance.
- All sessions table — one row per session with columns for When, Clash set, Title, Status, Reviewed (how many clashes were marked reviewed), and Minutes ("Ready" when minutes exist, "—" otherwise). You can also delete sessions from here.
Clicking a row takes you straight into the session's clash set with the coordination panel already open on that session — from there you can read its minutes, download the PDF report, or rejoin if it is live.
If you haven't run any sessions yet, the hub shows "No coordination sessions yet."
Organization session defaults
Organization admins can set two defaults that apply to coordination sessions across the whole organization. They live on the Organization page (Organization in the web app) in the COORDINATION card.
- Auto-mark clashes reviewed — when this is on, clashes worked on during a session are marked reviewed automatically, so the team doesn't have to toggle each one by hand.
- Auto-apply default due date — when this is on, a default due date is applied automatically during sessions, calculated from the Default due days setting (14 days by default). This keeps follow-up dates consistent without someone picking a date for every clash.
Only organization admins can change these settings; other members see the card labeled ADMIN-MANAGED.
Tips
- Bookmark https://clashwise.ai/my/coordination-sessions — until the hub is added to the menus, the bookmark is the quickest way in.
- Use the Minutes column to spot sessions whose record is ready to circulate — "Ready" means the AI minutes have been generated.
- If your team consistently forgets to mark clashes reviewed, ask an org admin to switch on Auto-mark clashes reviewed rather than policing it in the meeting.
FAQs
Why can't I see a session a colleague mentioned? The hub only shows sessions on clash sets you can access. If you can't open the clash set, you won't see its sessions.
Why can't I change the coordination defaults? The COORDINATION settings on the Organization page are admin-only. If you see ADMIN-MANAGED, ask one of your organization's admins to change them.
Does deleting a session from the hub affect the clash set? Deleting a session removes the session record and its attachments — the clashes themselves, and any status, priority, contact, or due-date values they were given, are untouched.
