Create Your Account

Your ClashWise account is the key to everything: signing in to the web app, signing in to the Navisworks plugin, and starting your free trial. Creating one takes about two minutes, and no credit card is required.

What you get when you register

Registering creates your personal organization with you as its Admin, and automatically starts a 14-day Clash Management trial with 5 seats — full access to publishing, the clash matrix, AI analysis, the 3D viewer, coordination sessions, and Wise, with no credit card. During open-access beta periods the registration page instead says "Create your free account." and access is free while the beta runs.

Who can register

Anyone — registration is self-serve at https://clashwise.ai/register (or click Register in the top navigation bar of the ClashWise website).

How to create your account

There is no password field at signup. You set your password through a verification email — this confirms your email address at the same time.

Go to https://clashwise.ai/register.
Fill in First name, Last name, Work email, and Time zone.
Click "Create account & start trial" (during open beta this button reads "Create free account").
You will see "Check your inbox." — ClashWise sends a verification email to the address you entered. The subject line is "Verify Your Email – ClashWiseAI". Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a couple of minutes.
Open the email and click Set your password.
On the page that opens, choose a password (8 characters or more). You are signed in automatically and taken to your dashboard.

The verification link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, you'll see "Invalid or expired verification link. Please register again." — simply register again with the same email.

Signing in

Web app: go to https://clashwise.ai/login ("Welcome back.") and enter your email and password. There is no Google, Microsoft, or Autodesk sign-in on the web — email and password only.
Navisworks plugin: use the Login button on the ClashWiseAI ribbon tab with the same email and password. The plugin remembers you and signs you in silently the next time Navisworks starts. See "Install the Plugin" in this section for details.

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" (or go to https://clashwise.ai/forgot-password).
Enter your email and click "Send reset link". You'll always see a confirmation — if an account exists for that email, a reset link arrives within a minute or two. The email subject is "Password Reset Request".
The reset link is valid for one hour. Click it, enter a new password (8 characters or more), and you'll see "All set. Your password has been reset."
A confirmation email, "Password Changed Successfully", is sent afterwards.

If the link has expired, the reset page offers "Request a new link".

Invited to a team?

If a colleague invites you to their organization or project and you don't have an account yet, your seat is reserved as Pending. You'll receive an email with the same Set your password flow — once you set a password, you're signed in and the invitation is applied automatically.

Tips

Pick your Time zone carefully — ClashWise uses it to display all dates and times accurately. You can change it later on your Profile page.
Use your work email. Invitations, notifications, and publish/analysis completion emails all go there.
If you installed the plugin from the Autodesk App Store and Navisworks is signed in with your Autodesk account, the plugin can recognize you and create or link your ClashWise account automatically — no password needed for plugin sign-in in that case.

Troubleshooting

No verification email — check spam/junk, and confirm you typed the address correctly. If the link expired, register again.
"Invalid or expired verification link" — links last 24 hours; register again to get a fresh one.
Reset link doesn't work — reset links last one hour; request a new one from the forgot-password page.
Can't delete your account yourself — there is no self-service account deletion. Contact support@clashwise.ai and the team will handle it.
