The ClashWise web app at https://clashwise.ai is where your published clash sets live — the matrix, AI analysis, the clash grid, the 3D viewer, coordination sessions, insights, and sharing. This article shows you where everything is.
Signing in and the top bar
Sign in at https://clashwise.ai/login. The dark top bar carries the ClashWise logo (click it to return home). Signed out, it offers Free Tools, Login, and Register; signed in, it shows a Dashboard link and Profile. On app pages, an arrow toggle opens the navigation drawer.
The navigation drawer
The left drawer is your main navigation. Under the brand header sits the organization switcher, then the "coordinate" section with the app's pages:
- Dashboard — your coordination console.
- Projects — optional shared team workspaces.
- Clash matrices — your rule matrices.
- Clash sets — published clashes and the clash grid.
- Shared insights — every share link you've created.
- Organization — plan, seats, members, and billing.
- Profile — personal settings, email preferences, usage meters, and API keys.
The drawer footer has Logout.
The organization switcher
If you belong to more than one organization, a dropdown at the top of the drawer switches between them — the page reloads and all data re-scopes to the selected organization. With a single organization, it just shows the name and your plan tier.
Where everything lives — page by page
- Dashboard (
/my/dashboard) — the "Coordination console": total clashes tracked, live coordination sessions, clickable stat tiles (CLASH SETS, MATRICES, TOTAL CLASHES, SHARED INSIGHTS), a live activity feed of recent analyses, recent sets, priority mix, and quick links like "Open clash sets →" and "Download plug-in". - Clash sets (
/my/clash-sets) — the heart of the app. A sidebar lists your sets (with live status badges such as ANALYZING or LIVE); the main pane shows the selected set's clash grid with search, filters, grouping, bulk actions, and the toolbar buttons "Run analysis", "Insights", "3D", and "Coordination". Each set's insights dashboard and 3D viewer open from here. - Clash matrices (
/my/clash-matrices) — your rule matrices in a cross-tab or table view, plus the Company library tab (Business plan) for shared company standards. - Projects (
/my/projects) — opt-in workspaces that share clash sets, tags, matrices, and saved filters with a team. Without a project, your clash sets keep working exactly as they do today. - Shared insights (
/my/shared-insights) — the console for every public link you've created (insights dashboards and 3D scenes): copy, open, extend, or revoke from one place. - Organization (
/my/organization) — your plan tier and status, seats, member invites and roles, coordination session defaults, "Upgrade plan", and "Manage billing". - Profile (
/my/profile) — personal information, time zone, display units, email preferences, AI usage meters, feature subscriptions, and API ACCESS for developer keys. - Coordination sessions hub (
/my/coordination-sessions) — every scheduled, live, and past session across your clash sets, with a calendar. This page is currently reached by entering the address directly — it isn't linked from the drawer. Day to day, you'll usually open sessions from a clash set's "Coordination" button instead.
Banners you may see
Above the page content, ClashWise shows global banners when they apply:
- Read-only — "Your organization is read-only (trial ended or subscription inactive). You can still view and export." with a "Manage organization" link. Shown when your organization's trial has ended or its subscription is inactive.
- Free beta — "Free beta — full access for now." Shown during open-access beta periods, when all features are free.
The time-zone prompt
The first time you sign in (or until it's set), a full-screen "Tell us your time zone" prompt appears — ClashWise uses your time zone to display all time-related information accurately. Search for your zone and click "Save and continue". You can change it later on your Profile page.
Getting-started guidance
- The welcome guide — if you have a Clash Management plan but no clash sets yet, the dashboard opens a six-step "Getting started" walkthrough (publish → create the matrix → refine it → run analysis → run a coordination session → sync back). Dismiss it and it collapses to a bottom-left "Getting started" pill you can reopen any time.
- The per-set progress pill — on the Clash sets page, each set shows a progress pill on the right of the review bar leading with your next action (for example "Next: Generate matrix", or "All set ✓" when done). Expand it for step-by-step buttons such as "✨ Generate matrix", "▶ Run analysis", and "Open coordination →". Steps unlock as prerequisites are met, and if new clashes arrive after an analysis, it advises "This set changed since the last analysis" with a "▶ Re-run analysis" shortcut.
Live updates
The web app keeps a live connection: dashboards, matrices, analysis progress, exports, and coordination panels update in place without refreshing the page.
Tips
- Clash numbers (#N) are the permanent identity of each clash within a set — they appear in the grid, dialogs, 3D lists, and links. You can deep-link a colleague straight to a clash with the "Copy link to this clash" button in the clash details dialog.
- Display units (metric/imperial) follow each clash set's source units by default; override them on your Profile under PERSONAL INFORMATION.
