Clash Set Insights

Every analyzed clash set has its own insights dashboard — a live, tile-based view of that set's health: resolution progress, priority breakdowns, discipline hotspots, workload by owner, trends over time, and an AI-written executive summary.

Why you'd use it

The clash grid is where you work clash by clash; insights is where you step back and see the whole set. It's built for progress reviews, coordination meetings, and stakeholder updates — and because you can share it as a public link, it doubles as the report you never have to write (see the Sharing Insights article).

Who can use it

Any signed-in ClashWise account can view insights for clash sets they have access to. The dashboard only becomes available once the set has a completed AI analysis — the numbers come from analysis results, so there is nothing to show before that.

Where to find it

  1. Open the Clash sets page in the web app and select a set.
  2. In the set header, click Insights. It opens the insights dashboard in a new browser tab.

If the button is disabled, hover it — the tooltip "Analysis not completed yet" means you need to run an analysis on the set first (see the Managing Clashes on the Web section).

What's on the dashboard

The hero and health label

The headline reads "{resolution %}% resolved across {N} clashes." A live indicator shows the dashboard updates in real time, with a timestamp of the latest refresh. The set also gets a health label — healthy, stable, watch, or at risk — based on its resolution rate.

Hero actions: Refresh dashboard →, a charts refresh, Reset layout, a lock/unlock toggle for drag-and-resize, Manage tiles, Save layout, and Share insights.

The Summary tile (AI)

The Summary tile is written by AI from your set's data:

The tile footer shows when the summary was generated, along with the notice: "Some content is AI-generated and should be reviewed for accuracy." Treat the summary as a well-informed draft — verify anything you plan to act on or circulate. If a summary can't be produced, the tile shows "AI Summary Unavailable".

What happens next

The dashboard keeps itself current: it live-updates as clashes are edited and analyses complete, and the "updated" timestamp shows the last refresh. Re-running analysis on the set refreshes the underlying numbers.

FAQs

Why is the Insights button disabled? The set has no completed analysis yet. Assign a matrix and run analysis first; the tooltip reads "Analysis not completed yet".

Do my layout changes affect other people? Only when you click Save layout — the saved layout is applied to everyone who views these insights, including public share recipients. Unsaved drag/resize changes are yours alone.

Is the AI summary always accurate? It is generated from your set's real data, but like all AI-generated content it should be reviewed for accuracy — the tile carries this notice in the product.
