Everyone who opens the viewer during a live session is in the same room: avatars show who is here, and one person holds the wheel while the room follows their camera and clash selection. Move your own camera and you have simply broken away, with one click back — nobody loses their view because someone else looked elsewhere.
Split the clashes into lanes and work them in parallel
This is the part a screen share cannot do. Split the room and the clashes are dealt out into lanes — by responsible contact, level, discipline, or anything else the clashes carry — and everyone takes one and works it in their own viewer. Your lane focuses the model on your work but never fences you out of the rest of the set.
A coverage board, and an agenda the room wrote itself
The board shows covered-out-of-total for every lane and for the room, who has each lane, and the clashes that landed in nobody's lane — the ones that otherwise get missed. Park anything you cannot settle alone with Flag for discussion; Regroup then brings everyone back and steps through exactly those clashes.

Decisions and action items, captured as they happen
While the session is Active, every status, priority, contact, and due-date edit is recorded automatically with the clash number and who made it. Type decisions straight into the session panel, add action items with an owner, or let Wise suggest action items from what has been recorded — you accept only the ones you want.

Frequently asked questions
Does the AI just suggest what happened, or record it for real?
The minutes are built only from what the session actually recorded: the automatic log of status, priority, contact, and due-date changes, clashes marked reviewed, comments and notes, and the decisions and action items you explicitly saved. Nothing is assumed or invented — if it isn't recorded, it isn't in the minutes.
What gets recorded automatically during a session?
While a session is Active, every edit anyone makes to a clash's status, priority, responsible contact, or due date — from the grid, the clash details dialog, or the 3D viewer — is captured automatically, with the clash number, what changed, and who changed it.
Do we still need a screen share or a video call?
You still need a call for the conversation — ClashWise does not carry audio. What you no longer need is one person sharing their screen while everyone else watches. Each person has the model in front of them, and the room keeps you looking at the same thing when it matters.
What happens to the record when the room splits?
Nothing changes. Splitting changes how the room works, not what the session captures — status, priority, contact and due-date edits are recorded with the clash number and who made them wherever in the room they happened, and the minutes are built from that same record.
Can two sessions run on the same clash set at once?
No — only one session can be live on a clash set at a time. If one is already running, you can rejoin it instead of starting a new one.
Does ClashWise detect the clashes we're coordinating in the session?
No. Navisworks runs the clash tests; ClashWise coordinates what happens next — including running the session, recording the changes, and drafting the minutes on your published clash set.
What's in the PDF report?
The attendee list, the clashes marked reviewed, the session's notes and comments, attachments including markup screenshots, and the AI-drafted minutes — the same recorded facts as the minutes, bundled as one document safe to circulate.
