Schedule ahead, or start on the spot
Plan a session with a title, agenda, date, duration, and attendees pulled from your clash matrix contacts, or click Start now and go straight into the live review. Every session is scoped to the clash set it opened from, and only one session can be live per set at a time.
Decisions and action items, captured as they happen
While the session is Active, every status, priority, contact, and due-date edit is recorded automatically with the clash number and who made it. Type decisions straight into the session panel, add action items with an owner, or let Wise suggest action items from what has been recorded — you accept only the ones you want.
Wise writes the minutes from the record, not from memory
End the session and Wise, the ClashWise AI, drafts the minutes exclusively from what was recorded: the automatic change log, clashes marked reviewed, comments and notes, and the decisions and action items you saved. Nothing discussed but not recorded makes it in — regenerate any time after tidying up the record.
A branded PDF, and every session in one place
Download a PDF bundling the attendee list, reviewed clashes, notes, attachments, and the AI minutes into one document safe to circulate. The sessions hub lists every scheduled, live, and past session across your clash sets, with a Minutes column showing "Ready" the moment they are generated.
Frequently asked questions
Does the AI just suggest what happened, or record it for real?
The minutes are built only from what the session actually recorded: the automatic log of status, priority, contact, and due-date changes, clashes marked reviewed, comments and notes, and the decisions and action items you explicitly saved. Nothing is assumed or invented — if it isn't recorded, it isn't in the minutes.
What gets recorded automatically during a session?
While a session is Active, every edit anyone makes to a clash's status, priority, responsible contact, or due date — from the grid, the clash details dialog, or the 3D viewer — is captured automatically, with the clash number, what changed, and who changed it.
Can two sessions run on the same clash set at once?
No — only one session can be live on a clash set at a time. If one is already running, you can rejoin it instead of starting a new one.
Does ClashWise detect the clashes we're coordinating in the session?
No. Navisworks runs the clash tests; ClashWise coordinates what happens next — including running the session, recording the changes, and drafting the minutes on your published clash set.
What's in the PDF report?
The attendee list, the clashes marked reviewed, the session's notes and comments, attachments including markup screenshots, and the AI-drafted minutes — the same recorded facts as the minutes, bundled as one document safe to circulate.
Which plan includes coordination sessions?
Coordination sessions are part of Clash Management, available on the Pro and Business plans and during the free trial.
